“I wanted to thank you for all the help you provided with Samson, our dog. As you know, he was a jumper anytime someone would ring the doorbell. This was not acceptable behavior as a lot of our visitors are elderly, and we were afraid that he could scratch them or knock them down causing an injury.
With your help and patience I can now report that he is greeting people by staying in the “place” and then once they are seated he is released to visit with them without injury.
I can’t thank you enough for all of your help, it has been a godsend and a wonderful help.”
