Tobias was an energetic puppy who was all over the place, couldn’t walk on a leash, and certainly could not be calm. Today, he’s relaxing in front of a busy plaza like a pro. Training gives your dog freedom: Dogs with good manners get to go places. When Super Dogs go to stores to train, that is all we do. There’s no shopping, no socializing, and no taking our attention off our dogs until they are really able to handle the distractions. If people stop and ask to pet, we simply say, “Sorry, he’s in training right now.” There is no need to allow strangers to interrupt a dog that is just learning how to be good in public. Tobias is learning that no matter how striking those eyes are to strangers, he should leave people alone and follow our commands. A+, Tobias!
